The president of Clarity Communications is Don MacLachlan.
Don works fast and effectively in all forms of public, community and media relations, on a team or independently.
After more than 35 years in daily media work here, he has a prime media contact list and strong positive relationships with many key people in all media in B.C. Now add 15 years as a senior practitioner in public and media relations.
Don now is working as Director of Public Affairs and Media Relations for Simon Fraser University.
Don is thoroughly experienced in corporate communications, internal and external, and has acted regularly as a corporate media spokesperson. He is experienced, too, in communications in a unionized setting and with critical labour relations and legal implications.
He also works in community relations, non-profit relations and PR campaigns, newsletter editing, speech-writing, media training and more.
